Arcola Public Library The Arcola Foundation committed $40,000.00 per year for a 10 year period to assist with a $1million addition to the Arcola Public Library. Arcola Fire Protection District The Arcola Foundation committed $10,000.00 per year over a 10 year period to help assist in the building of a new fire department for the residents of Arcola.
